Power Up Your Strength ProgramI coach the most motivated and resourceful clients inside my Power Up Your Strength Program. These are clients who are aging and making changes in their health that :
• Help them recover BETTER after rigorous physical activities and/or injuries and surgeries • Gain more muscle mass and strength so walking, stair climbing, hiking, and caregiving does not leave them depleted or strained • Improves their energy levels at their job, in their workouts and traveling with loved ones • Creates confidence in themselves that they will be healthy through their ages and phases of life • Look forward to doing things, instead of dreading them • And the list goes on… If you answered “I want that!” to 3 or more of the points above, this program may be for you! |
