12 Week Signature Transformational Program

As we age, staying strong and mobile becomes increasingly important for our overall well-being, supporting everyday activities independently and with loved ones, preventing injury and gaining confidence through our years.

The Power Up Your Strength program focuses on building strength and stability, enhancing joint mobility, and improving balance through a series of carefully selected exercises tailored to your body's needs.

Maybe you are :

    • Busy caring for others and have put your own         
       health on the back burner (It happens!)

    • Getting injured out of nowhere or in the
       usual physical activity you enjoy. (So frustrating!)

    • Finishing Physical Therapy and want to jump back
       into your routine again
, but are hesitant you’re going
       to reinjured yourself.

    • Out of a routine movement practice because of a life
​       event or surgery
(you or loved one), feel overwhelmed and
       unsure when and how to start, and self-conscious that
​       everyone else is ahead of you. (A Common Struggle!)

You can start wherever you are at. There is such a thing as Muscle Memory, and your body wants to move, heal itself and get stronger. But there are also WAY too many flashy options out there.

Power Up Your Strength Program

I coach the most motivated and resourceful clients inside my Power Up Your Strength Program. These are clients who are aging and making changes in their health that : 

      • Help them recover BETTER after rigorous physical
         activities and/or injuries and surgeries

     • Gain more muscle mass and strength so walking, stair
        climbing, hiking, and caregiving does not leave them
        depleted or strained

     • Improves their energy levels at their job, in their workouts
        and traveling with loved ones

     • Creates confidence in themselves that they will be healthy
        through their ages and phases of life

     • Look forward to doing things, instead of dreading them
     • And the list goes on…
