Class SCHEDULE

Stretch and restore

​​Tuesdays 6:00pm-6:55pm

This class draws from different stretching modalities you will find in a yoga or other type of flexibility and mobility class. It is designed to improve flexibility, help the muscles lengthen and strengthen for proper recovery and promotes relaxation so you can enhance your exercise performance and relieve tension in body and mind. Great for all fitness levels and abilities.
Please bring a yoga mat.

Forever Fluid

Fridays 10:30am - 11:30am

This class is all about mobility, stability and balance. Using gentle, mindful movement drawing from yoga and other modalities, this class is designed to improve flexibility; lengthen and strengthen muscles for proper recovery and promote relaxation. Props will be used to help customize the practice, and support the nervous system for each and everyone.
