Liz FilipponeMovement Coach OwnerLiz Filippone helps retired women and men between the ages of 55+ or older who are experiencing physical discomfort in their movement to improve their range of motion, gain strength and build confidence through a pain-free exercise program. She has 20 years of experience teaching and training individuals in various exercise and movement practices including yoga, Barre Training, and Total Body Strength Conditioning.
Liz has certifications through NASM (Personal Training), AFAA (Group Fitness), 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, Barreflow, as well as specializations in Corrective Exercise and Women's Fitness. She's currently enrolled in the Geriatric Fitness and Lifestyle Specialist through MedFit Classroom. |
